2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed by payment of advance deposit as per package details given by Alaqsa Global Services
- Balance payments must be completed by the time of passport submission or specified deadline given by Alaqsa Global Services
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI/QR, Card/Online Wallet, Cash at Office (as confirmed by you).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because the website does not provide a specific policy, we will follow standard industry format:
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, refund eligibility may be up to 90% of the package cost. Nusuk
- Visa fees and airline tickets once issued are usually non-refundable. Qibla Gateway
- After visa issuance, packages are generally non-cancellable (no refund). Nusuk
- Any refund will be processed after deduction of bank/payment processing charges and non-refundable service fees.
- Partial refunds may take up to 15–30 business days.

4. Package Changes
- Changes to booking date or passenger details must be requested in writing.
- Additional charges may apply.
5. Liability
- AL-AQSA GLOBAL SERVICES acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and visa authorities.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, acts of God, political unrest, or third-party actions.
6. Travel Documents
- It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure correct passports, visas, and health documentation.
- Failure to carry valid documents may result in denied boarding without refund.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
