2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be secured by paying the required advance deposit as specified in the package details.
- Balance payments must be completed by the specified passport submission date or deadline given by Al-Aqsa Global Services.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI/QR code, Credit/Debit Card, or cash at our official offices.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We apply the following standard travel policies for cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking may receive up to a 90% refund, subject to administrative charges.
- Airline tickets, train tickets, and visa fees are generally non-refundable once issued.
- After visa approval or travel packages are finalized, packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- All approved refunds will be processed after deducting banking transaction charges and service fees within 15 to 30 business days.
4. Package Changes
- Any requested changes to booking dates, accommodation types, or passenger names must be submitted in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and additional airline, hotel, or processing fees.
5. Liability
- Al-Aqsa Global Services acts only as an agent for the travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, and visa authorities.
- We are not responsible or liable for flight delays, cancellations, hotel service deficiencies, acts of God, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
6. Travel Documents
- It is the traveler's responsibility to provide valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), passports photographs, vaccination certificates, and other required documents.
- Al-Aqsa Global Services is not liable if entry or boarding is denied due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
