VISA REQUIREMENTS

           

TOURIST VISA

 

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.

a)Copy of pages of passport containing personal information and also pages providing important travel information

b)Attach all your old passports (if any)

 

 

Albania Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

 

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Albania, New Delhi

 

Invitation letter (If sponsored): Invitation Letter from Albanian host in Albanian language clearly stating the reason of invitation and responsibility of host in case of breach of law by the invitee. The invitation should be notarized from Albania.

 

A copy of ID or license of the host and the court registration number when the invitation is made from a businessman or a company or entity

 

Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation for the period of stay in Albania

 

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

 

Medical: Required Health Insurance for the period of stay in Albania.

 

Normal : 909.00 + VFS Fee 0.00 

 

2 weeks for processing after receipt of complete application.
