VISA REQUIREMENTS

Embassy of Algeria

 

Business VISA

 

Ø  Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

 

Ø  Algeria Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed.

Please note: The Forms should be filled with Blue ink and in Capital letters.

 

Ø  Photo Specification: Three recent passport size coloured photographs with Glossy, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

 

Ø  Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose , duration of visit and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, New Delhi

 

Ø  Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Algerian host / Inviting Company with the seal of CACI Algerian Chamber of Commerce. (The letter should be original; no scanned or faxed copy will be accepted).

 

Ø  Recommendation letter from recognised chamber of commerce in India (PHD chamber / CII / FICCI / ISO letter can also be produced).

 

Ø  Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.

 

Ø  Medical: Nil

 

     Single Entry(30 days)-3000.00

 

     Multiple Entry(90 days) 6750.00 

 

     Minimum 3 - 4 working days 

 

WORK VISA

 

Ø  Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

 

Ø  Algeria Visa Application Form : Three visa application forms duly filled and signed.

Ø  Photo Specification: Three recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

 

Ø  Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit along with his proof of occupation duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Algeria, New Delhi

 

Ø  An original employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labor. The Embassy will not accept any authorized fax or mail separately.

 

Ø  Original Autorization provisoire de travail (Invitation or contract letter).

 

Ø  Original Engagement de travail

 

Ø  Original Contract de travail

 

Ø  Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.
