VISA REQUIREMENTS

TOURIST  VISA

 

Ø  Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

 

Ø  Armenia Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant

 

Ø  Photo Specification: One recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

 

Ø  Covering -Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Armenia , New Delhi

 

Ø  Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from friend or relative.

a) Letter of approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Armenia

 

Ø  Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.

 

Ø  Proof of Accommodation.

 

Financials:

a) Personal Bank Statement for last six months

b) Credit Card Copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler’s Cheque

 

           Single Entry 30days 1900.00 + VFS Fee

 

           Minimum 7 to 10 working days 

 

 

BUSINESS VISA:

Ø  Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Armenian host / Inviting Company attested by Armenian Foreign Ministry should be directly faxed to the embassy and one copy to us.

 

Ø  Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary

b) Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months

c) Credit Card Copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveler’s Cheque

        Multiple Entry (30 days ):2550.00 , VFS Fee
