Note:- If applicant has Valid Schengen visa then he /she doesn't require Bosnian visa for maximum 7 days but, they have to enter Bosnia through Schengen country via Air or by road transit European country If they are enteringdirectly to Bosnia and Herzegovina then they need Visa.

 

The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

Visa application form.

One recent passport-size photograph.

A confirmed onward/ return air ticket.

Onward visa.

Covering letter from the Applicant on the concerned Company's Letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.

Invitation letter (attested by Bosnian authorities) from the Inviting / Sponsoring Bosnian National stating the Applicant's name, passport number, date of birth, purpose and duration of visit.

Travel Insurance.

Confirmed Hotel Reservation.

Proof of funds like bank statements for last 3 months, Income Tax Returns & copies of credit card.

The Applicant has to come for personal interview with the Ambassador.

Processing time is 4 to 5 working days.

A letter of invitation from Business Associates attested by Bosnian Authorities (like local municipality and police) as well as by the Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia (in original).

Police clearance in Bosnia is also required.

Personal presence of the Applicant is mandatory now.

All applications are referred to Ministry of Foreign affairs in Bosnia and processing can take 4 to 5 working days.
