Visa Requirements
TOURIST VISA FOR CROATIA
Passport should be valid for at least three months from the date of arrival from Croatia
One Visa Application Form to be filled completely (IN BLOCK LETTERS) and signed by the applicant
Two recent colour photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background, without borders, 90% of the photo should cover face i.e. up to shoulders only, photo to be pasted not to be stapled
Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay NOC letter from the current organization (employer) stating the position and the tenure of service
Proof of Airline Reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip and the proof of payment for the same
Proof of Accommodation should be faxed directly to the Embassy of Croatia by the hotel
Travel Insurance – valid for the requested visa period
Proof of sufficient funds
Bank statement for last 3 months including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C* holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank
Income tax returns for last 3 year*
3 months salary slips*
If you are self employed;
registration of the company, partnership deed and Memorandum of Article§ (MOA) is required Photocopy of passport (first 4 and last 4 pages) and all previous (valid or expired) visas
Visa fee should be paid at Citi Bank, 4th Floor, Jeevan Bharti Building, Parliament Street, New Delhi – 110001, Account Number: 0008020019 and a payment slip must be obtained
Children up to 6 years do not need to pay any visa fee
In case of minor (less than 18 years) travelling to unaccompanied by either parent, an NOC signed by both parents should be submitted with the application
Personal presence of the applicant might be required; it is absolutely at the discretion of the Embassy of Croatia
Please note that with effect from 01.04.2010 till 31.10.2010, as per the Embassy of Croatia, Indian nationals who hold the valid Schengen visa do not require a separate Croatian Tourist Visa to enter Croatia.

Holders of valid Schengen visas arriving on cruise ships sailing out of a port in one of the Schengen states Nationals of the Republic of India and of the People’s Republic of China,
holders of valid Schengen visas, who collectively and in an organised manner visit the Republic of Croatia as tourists, if in possession of a valid travel health insurance and arriving from the Schengen Area, and Nationals of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, holders of valid Schengen visas, if in possession of a valid travel health insurance Old passport in original is required.
Authority letter on ZHT letter head require at the time of submission.
All applicants are required book an appointment online to submit their visa application and Biometric information at the Schengen visa application centre.
As part of the visa application procedure, from 02 November 2015 applicants will need to provide Biometric fingerprint data along with a digital photograph. If applicant have temporary injuries on fingers, applicants are advised to wait until the injuries have healed before you book your appointment. Henna should be removed or allowed to fade before your appointment date. If applicant are part of a family or group, each member of the family or group must make an individual appointment. For example, For a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children applicant must make 4 individual appointments.
BUSINESS VISA FOR CROATIA

Original Letter of guarantee filled out by a guarantor – legal person from Croatia (format enclosed Jamstveno pismo pravne osobe) Guarantor – legal person must enclose to the Letter of guarantee a document proving its liquidity (“Bon 1”, “Bon 2”, certificate of the commercial court that no liquidation proceedings have been initiated, etc.)The Letter of guarantee must be signed by the person authorized to represent the guarantor and certified by official stamp Overseas Travel Insurance
