TOURIST VISA FOR DJIBOUTI 

 

Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application 

 

Two Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter required from the applicant stating the name and passport number along with the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Invitation letter from the invitee (if visiting friends or relative)

 

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 

 Proof of accommodation

 

 Certificate of Yellow fever vaccination along with the photocopy

 

 Foreign exchange endorsement or international credit card is required

 

 Proof of sufficient funds

 

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 

 Personal Interview is required

 

 Authority Letter- If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative /agent should produce an authority letter.

 

 

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR DJIBOUTI

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Two Visa Application Forms to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background  Covering letter required from the company stating the applicant’s name and passport number along with the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Invitation letter from the Company of Djibouti which should also be sent through fax to the Embassy of Djibouti in New Delhi

 

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip  Certificate of Yellow fever vaccination along with the photocopy

 Proof of sufficient funds  Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank
