o 1 Complete Visa Application Form with duly stapled 1 Passport size photograph

 

o Travel Itinerary and Hotel Reservation

 

o Letter from the Bank providing: Date of opening of an account, annual average balance maintained during the year, Date of last Deposit. (NO BANK STATEMENTS)

 

o Original Passport & copies of visaed pages.

 

o Police Clearance Certificate is required.

 

 Visa Fee should be in Demand Draft in favor of Embassy of the Dominican Republic payable at New Delhi

 

 If invited by friend or relative: applicant must attach the invitation letter along with copy of the Identity/resident card of the invitee.

 

 Applicant must attach the invitation letter which should be notarized and legalized by Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana and invitation letter should have a below mentioned clause which is: “Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana más tiempo que el concedido por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitara residencia o cambio de estatus migratorio desde el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la actividad por la cual le fue otorgado el visado. Me hago moral y económicamente responsable de su retorno a su país de origen, asumiendo pagar a favor del Estado Dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estancia en el país, o que se origine como consecuencial de su repatriación o deportación del mismo”. If applicant has valid multiple entry visa for USA, Canada, UK or Schengen countries then he may obtain tourist card on arrival, if traveling for tourist purpose only or may apply in the Embassy for the tourist visa.

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR DJIBOUTI

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Two Visa Application Forms to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background  Covering letter required from the company stating the applicant’s name and passport number along with the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Invitation letter from the Company of Djibouti which should also be sent through fax to the Embassy of Djibouti in New Delhi  Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip  Certificate of Yellow fever vaccination along with the photocopy

 

 Foreign exchange endorsement or international credit card is required

 

 Proof of sufficient funds

 

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year.

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 

 Authority Letter- If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative /agent should produce an authority letter.
