Submission Timings : 0930 hours - 1130 hours (Monday - Friday)

Collection Timings: 1430 hours - 1500 hours (Monday - Friday)

TOURIST VISA FOR EGYPT (DELHI)

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 One Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background with matt finish

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 A no objection letter from the current employer with Stamp.

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel from the supplier form Egypt

 Bank Statement :- last three months updated statement with seal and stamp

 It is mandatory that there should be minimum balance of Rs 85,000/- per person in his/her personal account.

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Old Passport:- It is mandatory

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 Original bank statement require from both applicants (with minimum balance 80K) if travelling with fiancé.

 Original marriage certificate with apostle from MEA require if spouse name not endorsed in passport.

BUSINESS VISA FOR EGYPT

 One Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent color photograph, 35x45 mm in size with white background, (For submissions in Mumbai Consulate the photo should be of matt finish)

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Invitation letter from the company of Egypt with full address & contact details of host with signature and seal of the company

 Confirmed return complete route Air ticket.

 Proof of sufficient funds Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank. It is mandatory that there should be minimum balance of Rs 85,000/- per person in his/her personal account. Income tax returns for last 3 year. 3 months salary slips.

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Two copies of passport first and last page having details of the applicant to be submitted
