THE EMBASSY OF HUNGARY REPRESENTS ESTONIA IN INDIA.

 

ALL VISA APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED EITHER DIRECTLY TO THE HUNGARIAN EMBASSY OR TO THE VFS GLOBAL AT NEHRU PLACE

 

 Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen area. It should have minimum two blank pages. Passport must not be older than 10 years

 

 One Visa Application Form, Declaration to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay. (Letter to be addressed to the VISA Officer, Embassy of Estonia)

 

 Original Ticket. Please note that the date of departure should not be before 15 days of the visa submission

 

 Original Overseas medical insurance valid for the country with the minimum coverage of 30000 Euro. The insurance has to cover all risk e.g. accident, illness e.t.c. The policy must be clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the date of arrival and departure

 

 Original Invitation letter from the Company of Hungary notarized by the notary public, Hungary

 

 Proof of sufficient funds  Original Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year. (Optional)

 

 3 months salary slips

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 

 Please note that the applicants have to personally submit the visa application upon request of an appointment which can be made by phone (011-26114737) or by email (consulate.del@kum.hu)

 

 Date in the Covering letter, Invitation Letter, Ticket, Insurance and hotel should strictly match, any discrepancy in date may lead to non submission of documents and may take unnecessary time. Note: In those cases where the applicant has a used Schengen, American, Canadian, Australian, UK visa, can authorize a third person for the submission of his application. The authorization has to be approved by public notary and can be given only for the submission of the visa application and the collection of the passport.

 

 Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. Neither the Consulate nor Ziyarat e Haramain Travel (P) Ltd takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued.
