Germany Tourist Requirement Delhi

 

 One On-line visa application forms to be filled in the given link https://videx.diplo.de/videx, Germany visa checklist filled and signed by applicant and declaration form Annexure C filled by applicant and signed by representative.

 Passport should be valid for 6 month from the date of travel. (20 years passport are not accepted)

 Photographs should be as per Germany specification(35 by 45, white back ground, 75 to 80% face & matt finish)

 Photocopies of the passport. The applicant must provide photocopies of first and last pages of the original passport, including copy of all valid visas

 Covering letter addressing to the VISA Officer Embassy of Germany by the applicant mentioning complete personal address, phone/fax numbers and/or e-mail–address as well as describing exact purpose of stay in the Schengen States

 Hotel confirmation as per tour requires. (GTA confirmation not accepted)

 Ticket Itinerary

 Travel health insurance (Kindly refer to www.india.diplo.de/visa to find out about the travel health insurances accepted). Should cover the trip

 Bank Statement. Original Updated bank statements till date from the past 3 months with round stamp and signature of the bank

 Income tax return of 3 years requires.

 Employment Letter. A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job.

 If employed: Pay slips of the past three months / employment contract

 If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund

 Personal Invitation. If staying with friends or family, a letter of invitation from the host in Germany, NOTARIZED by the appropriate city hall in Germany can be used instead of the hotel reservation.

 Interview of the applicant is the sole decision of the Embassy and not the VFS

 For Minors: -

 If travelling unaccompanied by parent(s), consent letter signed by both parents & applicant.

 Form signed by both parents.

 Copy of the parent(s)’ passports data page.

Note: As per instructions from the respective consulates, visa applications for Germany cannot be accepted with passports having any written observations concerning Passport number, Surname, Given name, Nationality, Sex, Date of birth, Place of birth, Place of issue, Date of issue, Date of expiry.

Only passports with no observations can be presented. Passport must be machine readable.

Handwritten passports cannot be accepted.

GERMANY BUSINESS VISA Delhi

 

 Original Passport should be valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from the Schengen area with 2 empty pages. Passport should be issued within the previous 10 years

 One visa application form, power of attorney, Germany visa checklist filled and signed by applicant and declaration form Annexure C filled by applicant and signed by representative

 Declaration on True and Complete Information, signed and dated

 Declaration on Travel Health Insurance, signed and dated for all frequent travelers

 Two Passport size photographs 35 x 45mm in white background with 80% face coverage

 Personal Covering letter from Employee stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay. (To be addressed to the visa officer)

 Company Covering Letter from Employer confirming employment on the letter head of the company(To be addressed to the visa officer)

 Company Registration Certificate of Indian Company is mandatory for business visas.

 Travel Health Insurance, validity has to match travel dates

 Invitation Letter from the German company, confirming invitation and coverage of any costs (To be addressed to the visa officer)

 Proof of hotel accommodation for entire stay in Schengen Area (GTA bookings not accepted)

 Proof of airline reservation, also showing flights within Schengen Area

 Two Photocopies of first and last page of passport and observation pages

 Authority Letter- it is mandatory that their representative /agent should produce an authority letter. There should be two separate letters

 Personal Bank Statements for last 03 Months in original (Online bank statements not accepted)

 Companies bank Statement with transaction (Last 3 months A4 Size Copy), Statement must contain account number and complete bank contacts with Telephone number

 Income Tax returns for the last three years

 Appointment Letter/ Salary Slip for last 03 months/ Transfer Letter ( if applicable) Company’s registration certificate / Proof of company / Partnership deed

 If Married, copy of Marriage Certificate is required, if Spouse Name not Endorsed on the Passport.

 The applicant has to appear for the personal interview, interview date is allotted by the embassy within 30 days. However, if the applicant has been to UK, USA or Canada earlier in last 4 years then he/she gets the interview date within 10-15 days. If the applicant has traveled to any Schengen country twice in last 2 years then the interview is not required

DEPENDANT VISA (for spouse/child)

 

 Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in Schengen area with minimum two blank pages. Passport must not be older than 10 years

 Two Visa Application Forms & declaration form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Three recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size, matt finish with white background

 Copy of all pages of the spouse’s passport residing in Germany

 Copy of the work contract of the spouse living in Germany

 Marriage Certificate & Birth Certificate (for child)

 Ration card of the applicant covering last 4 years

 Certificate of residence of spouse living in Germany, it should not be older than 6 months

Proof of sufficient knowledge of the German language through an A-1 level certificate issued by the Goethe Institute (Max Mueller Bhawan). For minors aged between 16 – 18 years, the C-1 level certificate is required. School Leaving Certificate duly attested and verified (in case of students)  All the certificate for e.g. marriage certificate, ration card etc must be submitted in English translation and duly stamped by an authorized notary

 Photocopy of all observations in the Passport

 Rs 15000/- investigation fee for the verification of all the documents of Indian origin (to be paid through demand draft). The verification procedure will be initiated and carried out by the Embassy. The process of verification takes 8 to 12 weeks. Exception from the necessity of verification may apply in cases when no permanent residence is intended and the competent Aliens Office in Germany agrees to waive this procedure.

 All the documents should be shown in original at the time of submission

 Visa fee is payable through Demand Draft in favor of “Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany” payable at New Delhi

 Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory at the time of submitting the documents. Applicants need to obtain prior appointment in order to submit the documents. Note- Actual processing time may vary case to case and is at discretion of embassy/consulate. Also please note that number of days given above are working days (exclusive of embassy /Govt. holidays)

 Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. The Consulate nor Ziyarat e Haramain Travel (P) Ltd takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued
