TOURIST VISA FOR GHANA – Delhi

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Four Visa Online Application Forms http://ghana-mission.co.in/visa_form.php to be filled completely and signed by the applicant. The form needs to be filled in capital letters, all the columns must be filled and if any column is not applicable then NA must be mentioned. Please note that no column should be left blank.  Four recent colour photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Proof of airline reservation e.g. reservation slip.

 

 Accommodation proof

 

 A no objection certificate from the current employer

 

 Yellow fever vaccination is required before entering the country Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel

 

 Proof of sufficient funds  Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year  3 months salary slips  If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 Online visa application form and require documents need to upload on embassy portal first with visa fee demand draft and then originals will be submitted at embassy

 Actual processing time may vary case to case and is at discretion of Embassy/Consulate. Also please note that number of days given above are working days (exclusive of Embassy/ government Holidays).

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR GHANA (DELHI)

 Invitation letter from the Company of Ghana with companies registration and signature id proof of the authorized signatory of the letter

 

 Confirmed Ticket of Airline.

 

 Yellow fever vaccination is required before entering the country

 

 Proof of sufficient funds

 

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank.

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 

 3 months salary slips

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Two references from Ghana with name, phone number and the complete address. While mentioning the two references in the form, the address should match with the given address in the invitation letter.

 

 ID card copy of both the reference is also required.
