GREECE TOURIST VISA, Delhi
Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in the Schengen territory. Passport must not be older than 10 years. All
previous passports need to be attached with the new one

One recent passport-sized photograph 35 x 45mm in color with White background. Stapled or pined photo will not be accepted, it should be pasted
Confirm Return Air Ticket
certificate of the travel agency confirming the booking of an organized trip or any other appropriate document indicating the travel plans.
Overseas Medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries. The insurance has to cover all risk e.g. accident, illness, etc. (Minimum Coverage is 30,000 Euros).
THE POLICY HAS TO CLEARLY SPECIFY THE PERIOD OF VALIDITY AND HAS TO COVER THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE HAS TO BE SUBMITTED IN ORIGINAL
Proof of sufficient Funds:
Original Bank Account statements (Personal) for the last 06 months (internet statements will not be accepted. Bank statement should have
bank’s name, address, contact number along with the applicant’s name, address and account number)
Income Tax Return (Personal) for the last 03 years
Last 6 months Salary Slips (if Salaried)
Copy of Pan Card
Foreign Exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt or Credit card copy along with statement or Traveler’s Cheque
Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation) for the entire stay in Schengen area (GTA booking will not be accepted)
Covering letter from the applicant stating the reason and duration of the stay in Greece(Letter to be addressed to the VISA Officer, Embassy of Greece, New
Delhi)
NOC/Holiday list from school or college and ID Cards of students
If applicable: Students have to submit a letter from their university/school confirming their status/attendance indicating the holiday period or – during school
year - a permission to be up sent from class including time frame
Previous passport or passports may also be requested. Original NOC letter from the employer specifying the employment status and leave sanctioned
If Employed Original No Objection Letter/ leave status Letter from the Employer, pay slips for the last three months; employment contract;
If self-employed, evidence of your business. (Company Profile and Income Tax Returns for last years.)Copy of all Schengen visas, UK & US on current and
previous passports. Certificate of registration of the company.
If sponsored - proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by completing a national form of the Schengen State concerned (seethe website of the Member State of destination)
If the applicant is retired:
pension statements for the last three months;
proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.
For children under 18, 'No-objection Certificate' from non- accompanying parents, If travelling alone NOC from both parents Notarized, Passport copies of
both parents. If not applicable then Birth certificate of the applicant & ID card copies of parents.

Applicant would be asked for additional documents if required by The Embassy
of Greece
Marriage certificate, if applicant is married and cannot provide evidence of marital status in the passport; copy of ration card, if applicable. Marriage
Certificate which should bear appostile by MEA.
If child is accompanying, then Birth Certificate with appostile by MEA must be submitted
Date in the Covering letter, Invitation Letter, Ticket, Insurance and hotel should strictly match, any discrepancy in date may lead to non submission of documents and may take unnecessary time
Authority letter-If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative/agent should produce a authority letter
Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to
be provided with the application. Neither the Consulate nor Ziyarat e Haramain Travel (P) Ltd takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued.
NOTE:
A short stay Schengen visa can be allowed to enter and stay in the Schengen area for a maximum of 90 consecutive days or 90 nonconsecutive days (several
trips) out of a period of 180 days, from the date of the first entry in the Schengen area.
Original documents and passport submitted must be accompanied along with a copy
The Embassy may, in justified cases, request additional documents
The visa fee is not refunded if the visa is refused.

Original letter from the Indian company specifying reason for stay in Greece, applicant's identity , purpose of the journey, period and place of
intended stay, Employment status & Salary. (Letter to be addressed to the VISA Officer, Embassy of Greece New Delhi). Original invitation letter from the company in Greece in Greek Language.
Registration Certificate of the Indian company & Indian’s company Profile
Original No Objection Letter/ leave status Letter from the Employer, pay slips for the last three months; employment contract;
