TOURIST VISA – DELHI

 Tourist visa for a stay of 30 days can be obtained after arriving in Indonesia for which Passport valid for six months from the date of entry, return or onward confirmed air ticket is required and the hotel booking confirmation

 Visa fee for 7 days stay is USD 10 and for 30 days it is USD 25

 For more than 30 days, below are the requirements:

 The passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 Online Visa Application Form to be filled at http://evisa.kbri-newdelhi.go.id and signed by the applicant.

 Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm size with red background

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 No Objection letter from the current organization

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel, hotel booking code, guarantee of Host Company etc/ Day to day Itinerary

 Proof of sufficient fund

 Bank statement for last 6 month including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 3 months salary slips

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted.

VISA ON ARRIVAL

 

VISA ON ARRIVAL-INDONESIA

 

This visa can be obtained directly when you arrive at certain airports and seaports in Indonesia, regardless of the purpose of your visit (Business, Tourist, Social-Cultural).

Visa on Arrival is neither a work visa nor a visit visa.

Therefore, it can not be extended or converted into another immigration permit.

The maximum stay permitted is thirty (30) days and could be extended (one time) for a maximum thirty (30) days

The general requirements for visa on arrival are:

The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of entry.

Round-trip airplane ticket.

Fees: Visa of Arrival is subject to Visa fee at USD 35.

The length of stay is 30 days extendable for up to 30 days with additional visa fee.

Applicable for all types of (diplomatic, service and ordinary) of national passports. Inapplicable for journalism purposes.

BUSINESS VISA FOR INDONESIA (DELHI) S/E

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 Online Visa Application Form to be filled at http://evisa.kbri-newdelhi.go.id and signed by the applicant.

 Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with red background

 Covering letter from the company stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 Invitation letter from the Indonesian Company which should come through the immigration department and it should be faxed directly to the Indonesian embassy and a copy to the applicant

 Approval from the immigration department of Indonesia which is applied by the Indonesian counterpart form Indonesia. It is also called Immigration message. It should be faxed directly to the Embassy

 Proof of sufficient funds

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name ,address with stamp & signature of bank

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 3 months salary slips.

Mandatory Documents :

 Passport should be valid for at least 12 months from the date of Departure & Minimum 2 blank pages mandatory.

 Online Visa Application Form to be filled at http://evisa.kbri-newdelhi.go.id and signed by the applicant.

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with red background

 Covering letter to Indonesian Embassy in New Delhi from the company stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Confirm Itinerary Ticket (Going & Return with ticket number/booking reference number)

 Copy of Indonesian Telex Immigration Approval.

 Invitation letter or sponsorship letter from the Indonesian Company on letter-head (One copy should be Pre-faxed from Indonesia directly to the embassy prior of submission of visa application, FAX no +91-11-26886763/26874402) or Email :protkons.nd2014@gmail.com.

 Approval from the immigration department of Indonesia which is applied by the Indonesian counterpart form Indonesia. It is also called Immigration message. It should be faxed directly to the Embassy.

 Copy of KITAS or Indonesian ID card/KTP card of the Invitee.

 Proof of sufficient funds

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name ,address with stamp & signature of bank

 3 months salary slips.
