TOURIST VISA FOR IVORY COAST

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Two Visa Application Forms to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Invitation letter from the Friends / relative in Ivory Coast, if the applicant intends to stay with them

 

 Proof of Hotel accommodation

 

 Travel itinerary with airline ticket number

 

 Photocopy of first three pages of passport to be submitted

 

 Yellow fever vaccination certificate.

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR IVORY COAST

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Three Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Three recent colour photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Invitation letter from the Ivory Coast Company with the RC number of the company should be directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy should be with the applicant

 

 Original chamber of Commerce recommendation letter

 

 A no objection certificate/letter from the current employer

 

 Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt of credit card copy along with statement

 

 Travel itinerary with airline ticket number

 

 Proof of sufficient funds

 

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 

 3 months salary slips.(Optional)

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted.(Optional)

 

 Yellow fever vaccination is required for the submission.
