TOURIST VISA FOR JAPAN ( DELHI )

 

 Passport should be valid for at least three months from the date of expiry of the visa

 One Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 One recent color photograph, 2 x 2 inches with face covering 80% of the photo area with white background

 Covering letter required the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Tour itinerary

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel

 Bank statement for last 3 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 For service man Original Leave letter from employer is required.

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 In case visiting family members in Japan then original invitation letter is required along with the main applicant’s passport and visa copies

Note :

 All documents (including bank statements) should only be printed on A4 size sheet. If bank statements on large sheets, please copy them on A4 size sheets and enclose it with the application.

 The Documents should only be printed on one side. Pages with printing on both side are not acceptable any longer.

 Please do not staple any sheets.

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR JAPAN - DELHI

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of expiry of the visa

 One Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent color photographs, matt finish 45x45mm with 80% face coverage in white Background. (Consulate in Mumbai needs 2x2 inches with face covering 80% of the photo area)

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Proof of Airline Reservation

 Original Invitation letter from the Company of Japan with company’s seal

 Original registration and guarantee letter of the Japanese company. (Mumbai consulate requirement)

 Day to day schedule which should match with the travel dates. (Mumbai consulate requirement)

 Proof of sufficient funds

 (salary) and company`s Bank statement for last 3 month including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

 Personal and company`s Income tax returns for last 3 year.

 3 months salary slips

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 In case of Student/Dependent: consent from parents / Spouse, their bank statement and NOC from the school/institute is required

 Authority letter-If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative/agent should produce a authority letter

 Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. The neither Consulate nor Ziyarat e Haramain Travel (P) Ltd takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued

 If applied for multiple entries then I Tax of 3 yrs is required.
