KENYA Visa requirements

TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST-KENYA

Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

Two Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

Two recent color photographs, 35x45mm in size with white background

Covering letter required the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

A leave approval letter (NOC) is required for the applicants who are employed; it should mention the name, designation of the applicant along with the period of leave granted

Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

Proof of accommodation hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel, hotel booking code,

guarantee of Host Company etc/ Detailed tour Itinerary

If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required

Proof of sufficient fund Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank

Income tax returns for last 3 year 3 months

salary slips Visa Fee To Be Paid Through Demand Draft In Favor Of “ Kenya High Commission” Payable At New Delhi.

Passenger is required to take Oral Polio vaccination 4 week prior to travel the same is mandatory travel requirement.

BUSINESS VISA FOR KENYA (DELHI)

Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

Invitation letter from the Company of Kenya Proof of sufficient funds

Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank

Income tax returns for last 3 year

If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

Visa Fee to Be Paid Through Demand Draft In Favor Of “KENYA HIGH COMMISSION” Payable At New Delhi

Children below 16 years do not require visa
