TOURIST VISA FOR KAZAKHSTAN

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Three Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Three recent colour photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 

 HIV certificate from a local doctor which will be verified by the doctor in Delhi approved by the embassy. (If stay is for a longer period)

 

 For all categories of visas (except investor, private and transit) applicants should produce a copy of invitation from Kazakhstan which should bear Visa Clearance No.

 

 Visa Clearance is done by the Department of Consular Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Request your inviting party to do the needful

 

 Visa Clearance No. indicates that the invitation has been accepted, registered and is being processed as per Kazakhstan immigration rules

 

 After being processed, the Visa Clearance is sent directly to the concerned Kazakhstan Missions abroad. You need to quote your Visa Clearance No. While applying for your visa at the Embassy for the Visa Officer to verify the information. Before coming to visa section it is possible to check by telephone if visa clearance is in consul’s information system: for this consul needs passport no. or visa support number

 

 The issuance of tourist visas is based on the invitations from Kazakhstan licensed tourist companies or hotels in Kazakhstan

 

 Embassy may ask for additional documents from the applicant if required.

 

 Personal interview at the time of collection.

 

NOTE: AFTER ARRIVAL INTO KAZAKHSTAN FOREIGHERS ARE TO REGISTER WITH LOCAL MIGRATION POLICE WITHIN 5 (FIVE) DAYS. IF HIS/HER STAY IN KAZAKHSTAN DOES NOT EXCEED 5 DAYS, THEY DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER WITH POLICE.

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR KAZAKHSTAN

 

Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 Two Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Three recent colour photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay. Profile of the company where applicant is working currently

 

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 HIV certificate from a local doctor which will be verified by the doctor in Delhi approved by the embassy. (If stay is for a longer period)

 

 For Visit and Business visa, the sponsoring organization/ individual in Kazakhstan should apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Astana for clearance. This visa clearance is sent directly to the Embassy in New Delhi by the Ministry. The Applicant should apply for the visa only when it is received

 

 Company Covering letter stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Last 6 months updated bank statement with Proper seal and signature of the Bank.

 

 Personal interview at the time of collection.
