LAOS TOURIST CHECKLIST

 Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

 One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant

 Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on light background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).

 Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

 Covering Letter is required from the applicant stating his name, passport number, purpose, duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, New Delhi.

 Confirmed Air Ticket.  Invitation Letter from Laos stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and should be duly signed. ID copy of the host. OR Hotel confirmation is required.

 Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit card (Optional)  Original Bank statement for the last six months.

 Yellow fever vaccination.

 Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing Ziyarat e Haramain Travel (P) Ltd to submit and collect documents. Please note: Notification of approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Laos is required with every application that is submitted for visa.

 Invitation Letter from Laos host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.

 ID copy of the host.
