TOURIST VISA FOR LUXEMBOURG - DELHI

 Passport should have validity of 03 months after the expiration of the valid visa

 One legibly and fully completed application form and language form dated and signed

 One recent passport size photograph, 35 X 45mm in size, face should cover 70-80% of the photo area. (To be glued to the form, no staples)

 A covering letter from the applicant explaining the purpose of the travel and the travel details

 Proof of employment and income: A. For Self employed applicants: i Income tax return for the last 3 years ii Personal bank statements covering the past 03 months. B. For Salaried applicants: i a letter from the company explaining the designation and tenure of the applicant. ii Salary slips of last 03 months. iii Letter from the company confirming the leave status for the desired period of stay. iv Income tax return for the last 3 years v Personal bank statement for last 3 months C. If you are a student: School attestation confirming the holiday and if the applicant is below the age of 18 years. Official letter from the notary confirming the consent of both parents and complete details as mentioned i. Destination ii Time Frame iii Name and passport number of child. iv Name and relationship of the person accompanying the minor.

 Proof of transportation: e.g. confirmed round trip or outbound airline ticket mentioning the dates of departure and return

 A Confirmed hotel booking for the period of your stay in Belgium

 A copy of the confirmed return ticket to India or the confirmation of the reservation

 Complete travel program including itinerary, dates and places to be visited

 Travel Insurance (medical repatriation + urgent medical care) covering all Schengen countries for an amount of at least 30,000 Euros.

 Minors under the age of 18 if travelling alone have to provide a written consent certified by public notary of both parents and guardians having the custody of the minor. If travelling with one parent only, a written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardian is required. Important: 1. Minor applicants must provide a letter of consent signed by both parents  Authority Letter- If an applicant is not in a position to submit his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative /agent should produce an authority letter

BUSINESS VISA FOR LUXEMBOURG– DELHI

 Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay of duration at Schengen area. The passport should have minimum two blank pages and must not be older than 10 years

 One Visa Application Form and Language Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent colour photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background with face covering 70-80% of the photo area

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 Overseas medical insurance valid for the country with the minimum coverage of 30000 Euro. The insurance has to cover all risk e.g. accident, illness e.t.c. The policy must be clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the date of arrival and departure and has to be submitted in original along with photocopy

 Travel itinerary or confirmed air ticket

 Proof of accommodation (confirmed hotel booking).

 Invitation letter from the Luxembourg Company, itinerary with contact detail for the business parties involved

 Proof of sufficient funds

 Bank statement for last 3 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank & Salary slips

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 3 months salary slips

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted Authority Letter- If an applicant is not in a position to collect his/her application in person, under such circumstances it is mandatory that their representative /agent should produce an authority letter.
