MADAGASCAR Visa requirements

TOURIST VISA FOR MADAGASCAR

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 Four Visa Application forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Forms are available at the Embassy worth INR 30/-, photocopy is not allowed

 Four recent colour photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background.

 Covering letter from the applicant, stating his purpose and duration of visit

 Proof of airline reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel.(optional)

 Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along with statement

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted.

 Proof of sufficient funds(optional)

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

3 months salary slips.

 Visa can be avail on arrival upto 90 days. Note- Actual processing time may vary case to case and is at discretion of Embassy/Consulate. Also please note that no. of days given above are working days (exclusive of Embassy/ government Holidays).]

BUSINESS VISA FROM MADAGASCAR

 Covering letter from the company on the letterhead, stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of stay

 Proof of airline reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip

 Invitation letter required from the company of Madagascar

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel

 Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along with statement.

 Proof of sufficient funds(optional)
