Visa Requirements
TOURIST VISA FOR MALAYSIA
Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the visa
application. Passport should have minimum 3 empty pages
One Visa Application Form (printed back to back) to be filled completely with block
capital letters and signed by the applicant. Please make note that the logo should be
very clear
Applicant’s phone number must be mentioned in the form
3 recent color photographs, 35 x 50 mm in size with white background is required one to
be pasted on the form and two photos to be clipped in the form matt Finish.
Confirmed Return Air Ticket (it should printed on a single page)
If 1st port of entry is Singapore and then Malaysia, Copy of Valid Singapore Visa is
required to submit.
If applicants holding fresh Passport then last three months bank statement need to be
submitted which should be certified by the concern bank (Original Stamp of Bank).
Visa fee has to be paid by a bank draft in favour of the High Commission of Malaysia,
New Delhi and OSC Payment is to be made through bank draft in favour of OSC Global
Processing Private Limited payable at New Delhi.
Effective 01st March 2017, Applicants with passport not issued from North & East India
need to submit at least one of the mandatory documents listed below as an address
proof within Jurisdiction
1. Copy of Aadhar Card (Both side)
2. Lease and License Agreement
3. Utility bill
4. Original Society letter
5. Bank statement
6. Original letter from the company or school/college/institution
Jurisdiction for Applicants applying from North & East India comprising the state of: Delhi,
Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar
Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Assam, Jharkhand, Manipur,
Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Tripura, Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar.
BUSINESS VISA FOR MALAYSIA (Delhi)
Passport should be valid minimum of 6 months upon arrival in Malaysia, there should be
minimum of 3 blank pages for stamping
One Visa Applications Form (printed back to back) to be filled completely with blocked
letters and signed by the applicant. Applicant’s phone number must be mentioned in the
form
Three recent color photographs, 35 x 50 mm in size with white background is required
one to be pasted on the form and two photos to be clipped in the form.
Covering letter from the Company on the letter head stating the purpose and duration of
stay
Confirmed return air ticket
Invitation letter from the Malaysian Company
Applicants at Mumbai Consulate needs to have foreign exchange endorsement on their
passport / copy of the credit card
