Visa Requirements
TOURIST VISA FOR NAMIBIA
Passport should be valid for at least six months from date of submission of visa application
Two Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
Two recent color photographs 35x45 mm in size with white background
Covering letter from the applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
Credit card copy
Proof of return ticket (with the air ticket number) and day to day itinerary
Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel
Proof of sufficient fund
Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank
Income tax returns for last 3 year
3 months salary slips
If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
Copies of all pages of the passport, and any previous Namibian visa
Please note that for applicants who are joining the spouse at Namibia must submit the marriage certificate as well.
BUSINESS VISA FOR NAMIBIA
Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application
Two Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm in size with white background
Covering letter from the applicant on company's letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
Invitation Letter from the counterpart Company of Namibia
Credit card copy
Proof of airline reservation for a return trip with the air ticket number
Proof of sufficient funds
Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank
Income tax returns for last 3 year
3 months salary slips
If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted.
VISA FEE:
Single Entry Visa: Rs.2400.00 (Valid for 3 Months)
Multiple Entry Visa: Rs.4700.00 (Valid for 3 Months)
Transit Visa: Rs.2400.00
