Visa Requirements
TOURIST VISA FOR NEWZEALAND
Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration
of stay in the destined country
One Application Form & Supplementary Form to be filled completely and signed
by the applicant
One recent color photograph, 35 x 45mm in size, matt finish with white
background
Covering letter required the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay
Original leave letter from the current employer
The letter from the employer should include annual income (including bonus),
length of employment and position held. Also, it must be on the company
letterhead, bearing the stamp of the company and the signature of the head of
the company or the authorised person
Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip
Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone
number of hotel
Proof of sufficient fund
Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone number of
the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank. If
there are large cash deposits in the account, applicant must provide
documentary evidence of source of these funds
Income tax returns for last 3 year
3 months salary slips
If self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of
Article (MOA) is required and the company bank statement must also be
submitted
Clear copy of the previous visas (if any) on the passport
Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted
If applicant is submitting passport notarized is not needed, if passport is not
sumbited notarized of all passport copies should be done
The visa fee should be paid in the form of a demand draft in the name of
“Immigration New Zealand” payable at New Delhi
All documents submitted in support of an application must be in originals, or
certified copies. Certified copies must be stamped or endorsed as being true
copies of the originals by a person authorised by law to take statutory
declarations
All documents which are not in English must be translated by a translation
service
Note: - In case if there is any Passport correction to be done the error is because
of Consulate, it will be done in 3 working days for the same.
BUSINESS VISA FOR NEW ZEALAND
Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration
of stay in the destined country
One Visa Application Form, Supplementary Form to be filled completely and
signed by the applicant
Two recent color photograph 35 x 45mm in size, matt finish with white
background with 80% face coverage.
Covering letter from the company stating applicant’s name, passport number, the
purpose and duration of stay, length of employment, annual income (including
bonus) and position held
Original Invitation letter from the Company of New Zealand
Proof of sufficient funds
Original Bank statement for last 6 months including address, telephone
number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of
bank
Income tax returns for last 3 year
3 months salary slips
