TOURIST VISA

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from date of departure in India

 One Visa Application Forms to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 One recent color photographs 35x45 mm in size with white background

 Covering letter from the Applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of stay

 Invitation / Sponsorship letter from the inviting Person in Papua New Guinea

 Sponsor can even apply for the visa at Papua New Guinea on behalf of the applicant by submitting the visa fee & documents at the Immigration Department in Papua New Guinea

 The visa payment slip and the visa approval should be sent to the applicant in India who can submit other documents with the approval. In this case the visa fee in India is not applicable

 Proof of airline reservation for a return trip e.g. reservation slip

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel

 Proof of sufficient fund

 Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 An Original Police Clearance Certificate, duly notarized and attested by the Ministry of External Affairs

 Medical Fitness Certificate

 If you are self employed: registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted

 Visa fee is payable through Demand Draft in favor of Papua New Guinea High Commission payable at New Delhi.

 

PHOTO SPECIFICATION

 Please provide two recent photographs (not more than 6-months old) of

yourself. The photograph must be in colour and taken against a white

background so that the features are distinguishable against the background.

 The photo should be clear and of good quality.

 It should be of high resolution and printed on high quality paper.

 Please do not mount the photo

 Size of the photo should be 45 mm x 35 mm

 Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head

covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious

belief or ethnic background) should be visible.

 

BUSINESS VISA

 

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from date of arrival in India

 Covering letter from the Company in the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of stay

 Proof of sufficient fund
