PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS

 

( 35MM X 45MM )

 

1.) 2 recent passport sized colour photograph with white back ground (with matt

or semi matt finish) (35mm wide by 45mm high) without border and taken

within the last 3 months;

 

2.) Taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a

headgear in accordance with his / her religious or racial custom but the

headgear must not hide the applicant's feature.

 

3.) The facial image must be between 25mm to 35mm from chin to crown.

 

 

SINGAPORE TOURIST VISA  - DELHI

 

1. Singapore Visa Application Form:

 

One VISA Application form (FORM 14A) to be filled as per the travel document (for eg:- if surname is there then the surname should come first then the given name) Completely and signed by the applicant. Applicant contact number is required in the form. No correction or use of fluid is allowed in the form.

 

2. Passport:

 

Original Passport valid for minimum of 6 months from the date of departure from Singapore.

Passport first and the last page copy of the invitee is required.

 

3. Covering Letter:

 

Personal Covering letter mentioning the name, passport number of the all Travelers name & passport details along with the purpose and duration of stay. Phone no should be mentioned in the Letter. The letter should be addressed To the VISA Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi.

 

4. Invitation Letter:

 

For Friend and Family visit Invitation letter on A4 size plain paper, FIN Card/ NRIC Card copy is required.

 

5. Photographs:

 

Two recent matt finish (not more than three month old) Photograph 35mm X 45mm in white background with 80% face coverage. One Photo should be pasted in the application form with cross signature self attested.

 

6. Occupation Proof:

 

a. If self employed or business men, then proof of occupation is required e.g. personal covering letter on the letter head of his own company. The letter should be addressed to the VISA Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi OR Registration of the company is required.

 

b. For salaried persons, proof of occupation is required e.g. letter from the company mentioning his employment status, designation and tenure of his job OR One month recent salary slip along with the ID card copy/ Original Visiting card.

 

c. If the applicant is a Student, then School/college ID Card copy is required.

 

7. Address Proof:

 

If the passport address is not the current address where the applicant is residing then two address proof is required for e.g. lease agreement, Landline telephone

Bill etc.

 

8. Sponsorship letter & financials of the sponsor are required if the applicant is travelling alone and is unemployed

 

Note: - Any additional document can be asked and this varies on a case to case basis.

 

SINGAPORE BUSINESS VISA

 

Original Passport valid for minimum of 6 months from the date of departure from Singapore.

 

One VISA Application form (FORM 14A) to be filled in completely as per the travel document (for eg:- if surname is there then the surname should come first then the given name). and signed by the applicant.

 

Applicant contact number is required in the form. No correction or use of fluid is allowed in the form

 

Two recent matt finish (not more than three month old) Photograph 35mm X 45mm in white background with 80% face coverage. One Photo should be pasted in the application form with cross signature self attested

 

Covering letter from the company letter head mentioning all the travelers name and passport details. Designation of the applicant along with the purpose and duration of stay

 

Phone no should be mentioned in the Letter. The letter should be addressed to the VISA Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi

 

Copy of Invitation letter from Singapore Company on their letter head

 

If self employed or business men then proof of occupation is required e.g. personal covering letter in the letter head of his own company The letter should be addressed To the VISA Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi. Or registration of company is required

 

If the passport address is not the current address where the applicant is residing then two address proof is required for e.g. lease agreement, Landline telephone Bill etc.

 

If it is a Blank Passport, then financial documents are mandatory – Last 6 months bank statement

 

Note: - V39A form is required if the purpose of visit is business meeting.
