Visa is handled for Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Harayana, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, uttarakhand, West Bengal. 

TOURIST VISA FOR SPAIN (DELHI)

 

 Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in the destined country with minimum two blank pages. Passport must not be older than 10 years

 

 Three Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

(with blue ball point pen)

 

 An authorization form signed by the applicant

 

 Three recent color photographs, 35 x 40mm in size with white background.

 

Covering letter required the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Leave letter from the current organization (employer)

 

 Overseas Travel Insurance worth minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, the insurance should cover 15 additional days from the intended departure from the Schengen Area

 

 Confirmed return air ticket

 

 Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along with statement

 

 Proof of accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel

 

 Tickets and Hotel Confirmation should be 15 days after the date of application

 

 Proof of sufficient fund

 

 Updated Original Bank statement for last 12 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank. The statement should not be 15 days old

 

 Income tax returns for last 3 year

 

 6 months salary slips

 

 Photocopy of the Pan Card of the applicant(If the applicant is not having the pan card, it needs to be mentioned in a letter by the applicant)

 

 If you are self employed; registration of the company/ partnership deed/Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required

 

 Photo copies of all the pages of the Passport

 

 Visa fees should be paid through bank draft drawn in favor of Embassy of Spain, New Delhi. The name of applicant and his/her date of birth, passport number

must be written on the reverse side of the draft. Visas for applicants under 6 years old are GRATIS (Free)

 

 For Minors :

 

1. In case Minor (Below 18 Years) is accompanied by either of the parents, a no objection affidavit must be submitted from the parent not travelling.

Signatures in the affidavit should match with parent’s passport. If the minor is not accompanied by any of the parent, then affidavit from both

parents, signature of both parents has to be in the affidavit.

2. Photocopies of passport of the parent not travelling with the minor have to be attested by notary public.

3. Incase parents does not have passports then they need to provide a government ID proof having signatures and the ID photocopy should be notarized.

4. The application form, sworn declarations, and minor authorization form must be signed by both the parents in all cases. Please find the attached

minor authorization form.

 

 Please make sure that Air Ticket, Invitation, Insurance and Covering Letter are matching

 

 If age of the passenger is under 18 then it is mandatory to attached notary attested passport copy for both the parents.(Even though parents travelling along with the child)

 

 All documents including Application form should be in A4 sheet

 

 All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well.

 

 Personal presence is mandatory for all SPAIN visa applicants even if biometric done earlier.

 

BUSINESS VISA FOR SPAIN 

 

 Passport should be with at least 2 blank pages & valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay in the destined country. Passport must not

be older than 10 years

 

 One Visa Application Form (printed back to back) to be filled with blue ball pen completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Three recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the employer mentioning the name and designation of the applicant as well as the purpose and duration of stay. It must include details of

any other accompanying persons well. This includes family members, friends or business associates travelling for the same purpose.

 

 Overseas Travel Insurance worth minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, the insurance should cover 15 additional days from the intended departure from the

Schengen Area

 

 Proof of Airline Reservation e.g. reservation slip

 

 Proof of accommodation e.g. hotel booking

 

 Tickets and Hotel Confirmation should be 15 days after the date of application

 

 Visa applications submitted for business purposes must include an invitation letter issued by the Spanish Company in Spanish language or both in English

and Spanish. Letters issued only in English will not be accepted. This will be an obligatory requirement.

 

 All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes family members, friends or business associates travelling for the

 Applicant may be required to provide further documents or may be summoned for a personal interview by the Embassy of Spain

 Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to

be provided with the application. The Consulate nor Ziyarat e Haramain takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant with out a visa being issued.
