Visa Requirements
TOURIST VISA FOR SUDAN
Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application
Two Visa Application form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background
Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
Detailed Tour Itinerary
Proof of airline reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip
Invitee will have to arrange the visa approval from Sudan. Once the approval is received by the Embassy from Sudan, applicant has to submit above documents along with the visa approval number
Visa fee is payable through Demand Draft in favor of “Embassy of Sudan” payable in New Delhi.
NOTE: The Embassy takes approximately 15 working days, after the receipt of approval from Sudan to stamp the visa on passports.
BUSINESS VISA FOR SUDAN
Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of the submission of the visa application
Two Visa Application Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background
Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
Employment letter from the current organization (employer) stating the position and the tenure of service
A recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce in India
Proof of airline reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip
Invitation letter from the company of Sudan attested by Ministry of External Affairs in Sudan stating the purpose of the visit. It should be faxed directly by the Immigration Department to the Embassy in India
Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport or receipt/credit card copy along with statement
Proof of sufficient funds
Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of ban
Income tax returns for last 3 year
3 months salary slips
Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted
All applications are referred to Immigration department and visa is issued after the approval is received
Visa fee is payable through Demand Draft in favor of “Embassy of Sudan” payable in New Delhi.
