Visa Submission Time : 0930 to 1200 hrs (Monday to Friday)

Visa Submission Time:1700 to 1730 hrs (Monday to Friday)

 

TOURIST VISA 

 

 Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of the visa application

 

 One Application Form to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant

 

 Two recent color photographs, 35x45 mm size with white background

 

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay

 

 Confirmed Airline Reservation for a round trip e.g. reservation slip. Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport/ credit card copy with the statement

 

 Confirmed accommodation: hotel reservation including the name and phone number of hotel, hotel booking code, guarantee of Host Company etc  Proof of sufficient funds  Bank statement for last 6 month including address, telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp & signature of bank  Income tax returns for last 3 year  3 months salary slips  If you are self employed: Registration of the company/Partnership deed is required  Two copies of passport first and last page to be submitted. Please note:- All the above documents are required in Two Sets

 

BUSINESS VISA 

 

The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

One visa form (photocopy allowed).

Two recent colored photographs sized 50mm x 50mm (2 X 2 inch), matt finish with white background and 80% face coverage for visa processing. Photographs should be not more than 3 months old, Scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

A Covering letter from the concerned Employer or Commercial Organization detailing business to be undertaken in Turkey.

An Invitation letter from Associates in Turkey.

If the Applicant is holding a fresh passport, then a recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce in India or the Company Registration Certificate, attested by local Notary Public is required.

Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.

Visa for next destination of travel.

Hotel reservation.

Proof of sufficient funds.
