Visa Submission Time : 1000 to 1300 hrs. (Mon to Fri)

Visa collection Time: 1600 to 1800 hrs. (Mon to Thu) & 1300 to 1430 hrs. (Fri)

 

Note: - No Territory Jurisdiction. All Passports are processed in New Delhi only.a

TOURIST VISA

 

 It is compulsory to book prior appointments for submitting visa applications.

 For booking appointments the Embassy needs first and the last page photocopy of applicant's passport.

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 One Visa Applications Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 Original Tourist voucher issued by the Ukrainian tourist company

 Confirmed hotel reservation from the Ukrainian hotels engaged in tourist’s activity

 Copies of the licenses for the Ukrainian and Indian companies for conducting the tourist’s activities

 Hotel Confirmation

 Confirmed return air ticket

 Photocopy of the contract between Ukrainian and Indian tourist

 Companies, which includes responsibility of the particular side for deportation of the tourist in case of readmission

 Ukrainian Insurance Policy for the period of validity of visa. The Embassy accepts the insurance policies of the following Indian agent: “Radiant overseas Ltd.” UG-51, Ansal Chamber – 2, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110066. Tel. No: 011-26172270, 26172309

 Receipt of payment in favor of the Embassy of Ukraine in New Delhi. The fees have to be deposited to the “Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Jeevan Vihar Building, 3, Parliament Street, New Delhi – 110001). Account Number: 014974, Beneficiary: The Embassy of Ukraine

 The traveler is required to present the proof of their financial status while entering the territory of Ukraine

 Travelers cheque

 International credit card with the latest statement

 All applicants are subject to a personal interview with the Embassy

 All documents for Ukrainian visa should be submitted in original along with 1 attached copy of each document

 If the duration of proposed stay in Ukraine will be more than 3 months, Certificate on HIV (AIDS) infection absence is required.

 

UKRAIN BUSINESS VISA

 

 It is compulsory to book prior appointments for submitting visa applications.

 For booking appointments the Embassy needs first and the last page photocopy of applicant's passport.

 Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application

 One Visa Applications Form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant

 Two recent color photographs, 35 x 45mm in size with white background

 Original Invitation Letter from Ukrainian company duly signed and sealed by the inviting authorities and approved by the local foreigners registration authorities. It should be in Ukrainian Language. (For the govt. owned enterprises approval and registration of the invitation in the local foreigner’s registration authorities is not required.)

 Copy of Certificate of state registration of the inviting company

 Covering Letter from the Indian company stating the applicant’s details, purpose and duration of the stay

 Warranty letter issued by private entrepreneur or legal entity which confirms that inviting organization would bear all the expenses related to the applicant’s stay in Ukraine

 Hotel Confirmation

 Confirmed return air ticket

 Receipt of payment in favor of the Embassy of Ukraine in New Delhi. The fees have to be deposited to the “RBS Bank” Account Number: 014974,

 The traveler is required to present the proof of their financial status while entering the territory of Ukraine

 Applicants are may be called for an interview depends on the discretion of the Embassy and case to case basis
